The IELTS Reading test consists of 40 questions divided into three sections. You have 60 minutes to complete the entire test, and you do not get extra time to transfer your answers (unlike the Listening test). The test assesses a wide range of reading skills, including reading for the main idea, understanding specific details, and inferring meaning from context.
